lovely en-suite accommodation...

The Swan is perfectly located for visiting local Cotswold attractions, such as Blenheim Palace, (the grounds are only a short walk from the Swan), and attractive towns and classic Cotswold villages such as Woodstock, Oxford, Witney and Burford, are all within easy reach.  We welcome dogs (and their owners!) in the pub (but regretfully not in the accommodation), so you can enjoy walking in the beautiful countryside that surrounds the Swan and then stop by for refreshments.

The Swan Inn is privately owned and run by Stephen & Katie Chick who have completely refurbished this beautiful old inn creating new dining and drinking areas, yet retaining its rustic charm with open log fires and exposed oak beams. Parts of the building date from the 16th Century and several old artefacts were uncovered during the conversion including ancient coins, a fireplace that had been hidden for over a century and a window that had been bricked up, with the shutters still in place!

Accommodation at the Swan is in the beautifully converted old buildings, behind and detached from the pub, ensuring peace and quiet and a restful nights sleep. The rooms are absolutely superb and of the highest quality.

There are three guest rooms, 1 King size double with 'sleigh' bed and en-suite bath and shower room, a standard sized double with en-suite shower room and a twin bedded room with en-suite bath and shower room. All the bathrooms have heated towel rails and high quality towels are provided. All the rooms are centrally heated and have coffee/tea making facilities and wall-mounted flat-screen tv's.  We are sorry but we do not allow dogs in the accommodation, but they are more than welcome in the pub.
