Our relaxed, restaurant overlooks The Square with a roaring log fire in winter, lots of antique tables with mix and match chairs, atmospheric lighting and buzz! Our team serves individual, freshly prepared, modern British food, from seasonal and traceable ingredients.

The Bar

Overlooking the Square this is the place to meet in Campden and an ideal place for relaxed drinks and bar food. With at least two real ales at any one time, including local Hook Norton, all our great wines by the glass or bottle, daily papers, traditional pub games and absolutely no gaming machines.

The Kings Hotel is delighted to announce it is now an Approved Premises for Civil Wedding Ceremonies.

The Restaurant makes a beautiful setting for a Wedding from 25 to 50 guests. Looking out over picturesque Chipping Campden square, it is a stylish and intimate choice for the discerning Bride and Groom.

 

The Garden Room is perfect for smaller weddings for up to 20 guests. Looking out over The King’s gardens, French doors lead out from the Garden Room to the terrace and gardens.

Getting to The Kings:
We are really easy to get to by car or by train - we can even arrange your taxi transfer for you. Just 40 minutes from Oxford, a straightforward 1 hour 45 minutes from London by car or 90 minutes by train from Paddington direct to Moreton in Marsh and 30 minutes from Banbury or Birmingham. Gloucester airport is only about 35 miles away.
