The Hay Barn is a 17th Century detached barn conversion in the grounds of Humblebee Hall and is surrounded by 70 acres, just outside the village of North Piddle in Worcestershire. The cottage contains one single bedroom, one twin and one double room with an ensuite shower room which with the addition of a family bathroom makes this cottage suitable for five people. There is also an additional shared outside shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove in an inglenook fireplace. Outside the cottage is a private patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, shared use of a Wendy house and a tree house which can be used for sleeping in during the summer months. There is also off road parking for three cars and bike storage facilities. The Hay Barn is part of a complex of holiday cottages and is in a lovely location for a relaxing holiday.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

As a family we had a wonderful time. Welcoming hosts, lovely setting, with the bonus of a new foal! Very comfortable home from home. Close to many National Trust venues and lovely countryside.

,Very friendly host and welcome. We enjoyed the location, the space (with the horses and the sheep), the amenities, furniture and decoration of the 'barn'. Basket full of 'goodies'- biscuits, cake, chocolate Easter eggs, jam, buns etc. Coffee, tea and milk (in fridge) provided. Impeccable cleanliness. All washing products provided. Our best cottage renting experience so far. Clearly, a well-thought and well-planned out cottage. We soon felt at home. To sum this up: Outstanding, 'beyond the call of duty'. Thank you!
