Rose Cottage is a beautiful Cotswold cottage perched high on a hill overlooking the Toadsmoor Valley on the outskirts of the unspoilt Gloucestershire village of Bisley. This lovely period home is a stylish mix of contemporary comfort and period charm sleeping up to 13 people in 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 3 shower rooms. On the ground floor is an open plan double sitting room complete with an inglenook fireplace and mullioned windows with seats that overlook the garden. Old beams and antique furnishings evoke the spirit of 1720 when Rose Cottage was built. The dining room, simply furnished with antique French country furniture, is great for leisurely meals which are a breeze to prepare in the well equipped kitchen. A double oven range cooker, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave make cooking for large groups a pleasure but, if you prefer, we can organise a chef to come and cook for you. Spiral stairs lead upstairs to 4 bedrooms on the first floor and a spectacular attic bedroom at the top of the house. A total of 2 bathrooms and 3 shower rooms mean that there should be no queues for the loo. All but one of our beds are zip and link so the cottage is as convenient for groups of singles as it is for couples. The house is at its most comfortable for 10 but can accommodate up to 13 using the sofabed and the additional single bed in the blue room.
