Railway Cottage No2 has recently been converted from stables and a hay loft into a comfortable and spacious home, offering a very high standard of accommodation for up to 6 people. 

The cottage is a bright and roomy and is set in peaceful surroundings in the back streets of Moreton in Marsh. This pretty period stone cottage has lovely features such as the flagstone flooring (under floor heated) and exposed Cotswold stone walls.

This Cottage is ideal for entertaining as it has a beautiful solid oak draw leaf table seating 8. Two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and a large well equipped kitchen/diner with a gas cooker and hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine and ironing facilities.

The master bedroom is a spacious double room. It has lots of character with exposed beams in the ceiling and walls as well as exposed Cotswold walls. There is plenty of storage room with a wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a chest of draws.

In the second bedroom there are our beautiful handmade solid oak bunk beds. These bunk beds have been designed and built by our carpenters and have been developed to take a full size single mattress 3’x 6”. They are comfortable and roomy enough for most adults and children to sleep on. There is also a lovely window seat that allows you to gaze out of the window and watch the world go by.

The luxurious bathroom is equipped with an amazing bath and shower. The shower has a normal shower head, monsoon shower head, and hydro power massage jets, steam generator, built in radio and a foot massage attachment. The whirlpool bath has air and water jets, head rest and multi jet hand shower with hose and a underwater light to help create a relaxing soak. There is an electric shaver point.

Off road private parking is provided within the walled courtyard.
