Orchard Cottage is a very spacious period cottage which has been lovingly refurbished by the owners to provide a high quality holiday home from which to explore the surrounding Cotswold villages such as Broadway, Chipping Campden and Stow on the Wold. The larger towns of Stratford upon avon, Oxford and Cheltenham are all within easy reach.
Buckland is a pretty hamlet in an area of outstanding natural beauty, just under a a mile from Broadway, which has an excellent selection of specialist shops, restaurants and galleries. Buckland Manor Hotel is within walking distance of the cottage and the hotel restaurant is open to non-residents for lunches and dinner.
The accommodation at Orchard Cottage consists of a large sitting room/lounge with fireplace with coal effect gas fire, a 40" Widescreen TV with BT Vision, DVD and ipod docking station and wi-fi broadband is also available. The adjacent dining room is furnished with an oak table and chairs. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave/grill, washer/dryer and a fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is also a TV with DVD, radio and ipod docking station.
All the bedrooms are located on the first floor.
Bedroom 1 has a 5' double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2 also has a 5' double bed.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds.
There is a separate bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. A cot can be provided.
Outside.
Extensive gardens surround the property with lawns, mature trees and patio with table and chairs and barbeque and there is ample parking in the gated driveway for 4/5 cars.
