Description of property

Noxon Pond Cottage is a single storey cottage in the grounds of the owner's home in the village of Bream near to Lydney in Herefordshire. The cottage has one double bedroom and one with bunk beds as well as a family bathroom which makes it suitable for four people. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, secure bike storage, a garden and patio area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue and use of the owner's fishing lake by arrangement with the owner. With wonderful views across the lake and just a short drive from the Royal Forest of Dean, Noxon Pond Cottage is a fabulous holiday home all year round.

Air sourced eco underfloor heating, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD, library of books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Garden and patio area with furniture and BBQ. Barn available for bike and kayak storage. Half price fishing (carp and bream) available by arrangement with owner. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking. 1 well behaved dog welcome by prior arrangement with owner, at a charge of £20 per week. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Organic vegetable box available for purchase by prior arrangement with owner. Note: Private water supply.

Pricing information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
