You can find us between Oxford and London, just 2 miles from junction 6 on the M40, just north of High Wycombe on the Bucks/Oxfordshire border, conveniently located for the attractions of both the Oxfordshire Cotswolds and the nearby Chiltern Hills. 

Town Farm is a working farm, idylically situated by a lake, in rural Oxfordshire at the foot of the Chiltern Hills in a Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the edge of a small village and down a quiet lane. There are spacious 1.5 acre gardens for guests to enjoy that featured on the BBC's Gardeners World and the local area is well known as a location for the long running BBC series Midsomer Murders.

Bedrooms. There is one king size double bedroom, another double bedroom and a twin bedroom. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary biscuits, hair dryer, cosy cotton bathrobes, colour TV, ironing facilities, central heating and constant hot water. Wi-fi broadband internet access is available for b&b guests who like to remain in contact with business colleagues or friends and family. Wi-fi is not available in the Garden Lodge.

Local towns of interest are Thame, Chinnor, Princes Risborough, Stokenchurch, Watlington. The dreaming spires of the City of Oxford are only 20 minutes away and just north of Oxford is the famous Cotswolds town of Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. Town farm is only 30 minutes from Heathrow airport and West London. The village has an excellent pub within walking distance, serving delicious food.
