Kingfisher is a detached, timber-built, single storey Scandinavian lodge, on the peaceful southern side of the Cotswold Water Park, just 4 miles from Cirencester in Gloucestershire. This cottage is able to sleep six people in three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one with bunk beds) and it also has a family bathroom. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is a veranda with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining area, shared use of a 1 acre lawn, lockable bike storage and off road parking for one car. With restaurants and all manner of water sports available on site, Kingfisher is in a great location for a fun filled holiday.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Veranda with gas BBQ and outdoor dining area. Shared use of 1 acre lawn. Lockable bike storage. Off road parking for one car. Two well behaved pets welcome, at a charge of £25 per pet, per booking. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 12 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Restaurant on-site (open 7am until 5pm) 2 mins walk with free internet access. Note: All Water Park activities available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Note: On-site fishing is half price for guests at Kingfisher, payable on-site. Note: Suitable for wheelchair users.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The cabin was spacious and bright. The setting was lovely being next to the water. The kids enjoyed having other children to play with on the shared lawn. Older children enjoyed having access to the cafe with internet access but this was very low key and in keeping with the surroundings. Lovely balcony to sit on and the use of a barbecue. Cabin was simple and minimalist but had everything that was needed.
