Henley Cottage has been lovingly restored and converted to offer accommodation for groups of up to four people and is a beautiful retreat for a small family or group of friends. The accommodation is full of character, thanks to exposed beams, and has been laid out in an open plan arrangement. The cottage has its own private patio and visitors can also use the communal, landscaped gardens - ideal for a spot of al fresco dining in the long, summer evenings. There is off-road parking for two cars, and the local shop and pub are just two miles away.

Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, digital colour TV, video, stereo/CD player, library of videos etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Private patio area, use of landscaped communal gardens with two BBQ areas. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The cottage was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Stratford Upon Avon and the surrounding areas are beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.
